These Terms apply to the AI3 User Center and connected products provided by AI3Radar Inc. The service is operated with simplified maintenance, limited liability, and manual privacy-request handling. Additional terms will be added if we enter new regions, list on new platforms, or materially change the business.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the AI3 User Center, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant services.
Eligibility
The service is intended only for users aged 18 or older, or users who have reached the legal age of majority where they live and can enter a binding agreement. It is not intended for children under 13. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you may accept these Terms for that organization.
Accounts
- Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials.
- Do not share, rent, sell, or transfer an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account unless you can establish unauthorized use and notify us promptly.
- We may require reverification, restrict functions, or terminate sessions for security, abuse-prevention, or compliance reasons.
User Center Functions
The User Center may provide preferences, saved items, following rules, notification management, privacy requests, consent and withdrawal records, and necessary password, authentication, security, account, and system notices.
It does not provide a public feedback entry point, email subscriptions, newsletters, advertising email, product-promotion email, or research-digest email. Some capabilities may remain local, sandboxed, in preview, or in staged rollout; product pages state their real availability.
User Content
You retain your rights in submitted content and grant AI3Radar Inc. only the necessary, limited, non-exclusive permission to provide and maintain the service, process requests, troubleshoot, conduct security audits, comply with law, resolve disputes, and generate necessary in-product recommendations when you expressly use that capability. This permission does not cover advertising, sale of personal information, email marketing, or model training unrelated to the User Center.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, misleading, privacy-invasive content or malicious code.
Prohibited Conduct
- Bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
- Scan, attack, interfere with, or damage the service.
- Use automation to make excessive requests, scrape, or abuse an interface.
- Impersonate another person or submit a false privacy request.
- Upload secrets, tokens, passwords, payment credentials, or another person's sensitive information unless a function expressly requires it and you have lawful authority.
- Use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
Third-Party Services and Product Information
AI3 products may refer to third-party AI products, prices, regional availability, model capabilities, policies, links, or other information. Unless stated otherwise, that information is for reference and may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or changed at any time. Users should rely on the third party's official page, contract, and actual procurement documents.
AI3 does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, procurement, or other professional advice. Users are responsible for decisions made using service information.
Privacy
We process personal information under the Privacy Policy. Privacy requests may be submitted through the Privacy Center or to [email protected]. Requests require identity verification and manual handling; these Terms do not promise automatic deletion, export, or correction.
Service Changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue functions, including free, preview, beta, integration, data-source, model-reference, and User Center capabilities. Material changes affecting user rights or important terms will receive reasonable notice or renewed consent where required by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates a security risk, submits abusive requests, or if law requires it. Data after account termination is handled under the Privacy Policy and internal retention rules.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI3Radar Inc. disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security, uninterrupted availability, and correction of errors.
AI3Radar Inc. does not warrant that the service, third-party information, recommendations, notices, prices, policies, regional availability, or model capabilities will be entirely accurate, continuously available, timely, or suitable for user expectations. Internet services, cloud services, third-party APIs, identity services, email delivery, and data sources may fail or change.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI3Radar Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data; business interruption; or replacement-service costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI3Radar Inc.'s total liability is limited to the lesser of the amount the user actually paid AI3Radar Inc. during the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities; these limits then apply only to the maximum extent allowed. Non-waivable consumer rights remain governed by applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by United States law and Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before formal proceedings, a user must send a dispute notice to [email protected] and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
An unresolved dispute will ordinarily be resolved by individual, binding arbitration and not as a class, collective, representative, consolidated, or class-arbitration proceeding. Both parties waive class actions, class arbitration, representative actions, consolidated actions, and jury trials. Eligible individual claims may be filed in small-claims court.
AI3Radar Inc. may seek relief directly in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Delaware for intellectual-property matters, account abuse, security attacks, access-control circumvention, trade secrets, or emergency injunctive relief. Arbitration will ordinarily use the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules or comparable consumer rules. Similar mass individual claims may use an applicable mass-arbitration or batching procedure, but batching does not permit class arbitration.
If a class-action waiver, class-arbitration waiver, or other dispute term is unenforceable, only that part is severed and the remainder remains effective. The affected dispute must not proceed as class arbitration and instead will be heard by a Delaware court with jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Events Requiring Future Updates
We will add or revise terms if a new region, platform, or consumer rule requires different dispute or notice terms; the permitted use of user content, business information, or recommendation information materially changes; third-party information, recommendation, or pricing functions materially change; or the service later permits minors, B2B enterprise customers, or paid transactions.
