This Privacy Policy explains how AI3Radar Inc. collects, uses, retains, and protects personal information in the AI3 User Center and connected products. We process only the minimum information necessary and will add applicable disclosures if we enter new regions, list on new platforms, or materially change the business.
Information We Collect
We collect information only as needed to provide accounts, authentication, security, User Center functions, recommendations or business functions, and privacy-request handling. This may include:
- Account information, including email address, user ID, display name, login status, session information, and MFA status.
- User Center settings, including country or region, language, notification frequency, and notification channels.
- User actions, including saved items, following rules, notification-read status, privacy requests, and consent or withdrawal records.
- Profile and recommendation information, including user-supplied preferences and business scenarios, usage records, and the minimum features needed for recommendations.
- Business information, including objects, rules, workspaces, or product context saved or referenced in connected products.
- Privacy-request information, including request type, contact details, request description, and the relevant product or object reference.
- Technical information, including IP address, request time, basic device or browser information, and security and abuse-prevention logs.
The User Center does not provide a public feedback form and does not collect public-feedback text. We do not collect payment-card numbers, bank-account details, invoice information, advertising profiles, cross-site advertising identifiers, or email-subscription preferences in the User Center.
How We Use Information
- Provide account login, sessions, security, and User Center functions.
- Store preferences, saved items, following rules, and notification state.
- Generate and store user-profile recommendations, business alerts, and necessary in-product experiences.
- Troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
- Process access, portability, deletion, correction, unsubscribe, objection, and other privacy requests.
- Record authorization, acknowledgement, or withdrawal relating to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and necessary notices.
- Meet security, audit, compliance, and dispute-handling needs.
Privacy requests are currently verified and fulfilled manually. Submitting a request does not mean data has already been automatically deleted, exported, or corrected. Thirty days is an internal response target, not an absolute promise for every complex request. We will act under applicable law and, where practicable, explain delays caused by identity verification, scope clarification, legal holds, security incidents, or third-party dependencies.
Advertising and Sale or Sharing
The AI3 User Center currently does not operate an advertising business.
- We do not create advertising audiences.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-site behavioral advertising.
- We do not provide an advertising consent scope.
- We do not send advertising, newsletters, product promotions, or research digests by email.
Sharing Information
We may use or share necessary information:
- With products operated by AI3Radar Inc. to provide User Center capabilities.
- With necessary service providers acting for us in hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, monitoring, logging, customer support, or similar infrastructure functions.
- To comply with law, protect users, secure the service, or resolve disputes.
We do not sell User Center data to advertisers or export user audiences to advertising networks. Unless applicable law, platform rules, or counsel requires otherwise, this public policy does not list every service provider.
User Center email is limited to password resets, login and authentication, security alerts, account notices, privacy-request communications, and necessary system notices. We do not provide email subscriptions, newsletters, email advertising, product-promotion email, or research-digest email.
Necessary messages generally cannot be unsubscribed from like marketing email. If a message appears to have been sent in error, use the Privacy Center or contact [email protected].
Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, considering account status, user requests, security, compliance, dispute handling, and backup cycles. This public version does not list a separate retention period for every item; an internal retention matrix supports operations and audits.
- Account details, preferences, saved items, and following rules are normally retained while the account exists unless the user deletes them or law requires otherwise.
- Privacy requests and handling events are retained long enough to demonstrate the request, verification, fulfilment, and any reason for refusal.
- Consent and withdrawal records are retained long enough to demonstrate the user's choice.
- Security logs are retained for the minimum necessary period.
- Backup data expires through the backup lifecycle unless subject to a legal hold.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request:
- Access, portability, deletion, or correction of personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Stop an inapplicable or misdirected non-essential message. Necessary account, security, or system messages generally cannot be unsubscribed from.
- Opt out of sale or sharing for cross-site behavioral advertising. We currently do not conduct such sale or sharing.
- Restrict use of sensitive personal information. We currently do not use sensitive personal information for advertising.
Users may contact us through the in-product Privacy Center or at [email protected]. We may need to verify identity, confirm an authorized agent, or clarify scope. Access, portability, deletion, and correction require manual handling and downstream coordination and are not completed automatically or instantly.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption, audit logs, data minimization, and abuse-prevention limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal-information incident requires notification, we will notify affected users, regulators, or other required parties under applicable law.
International Access
AI3Radar Inc. may process data in the United States or outside a user's region. We do not actively target high-compliance-burden regions by default. If we actively serve users in the EEA, UK, or another such region, we will add appropriate international-transfer, service-provider, and data-processing terms.
Children
The service is not intended for children. The current service is limited to users aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Contact Us
For privacy questions or requests, contact AI3Radar Inc. through the in-product Privacy Center or at [email protected]. A physical or mailing address is not displayed by default unless required by applicable law or platform, payment, or tax rules.
Events Requiring Future Updates
We will revisit this policy if a new region or platform requires address disclosure; the business enters a B2B processor role requiring a DPA, SCCs, UK IDTA, or provider details; the law requires specific retention periods or provider categories; privacy-request procedures materially change; or recommendation, profile, and business-information processing materially changes.
